Eligibility

Items must be unused and in their original packaging, and the request must be made within the return window shown at checkout.

Process

Submit a return request, hand the item to our rider or ship it back, and we will inspect it on arrival.

Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to your wallet or the original payment method within 7 business days.
